Welcome to Rank Ready SEO ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any services you purchase from us. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Website Builds

New websites are built using our Wix agency account. A 50% deposit is due to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Once the final balance is paid, ownership of the website is transferred fully to you.

At your option, we may remain on as a collaborator on your Wix site to continue providing services. You may revoke this access at any time.

Website build pricing does not include your domain, Wix subscription plan, apps, or any other third-party subscriptions — these are billed directly to you and remain in your name and control.
3. Monthly Growth Plans

Our Foundation, Growth, and Authority plans are billed monthly and continue until canceled, except where a minimum commitment applies (see Section 4).

Monthly plans are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Services included in each plan are described on our Services & Pricing page and may be updated from time to time, with notice to active clients.
4. The Launch Program

Clients enrolled in our Launch Program agree to a minimum 6-month commitment to our Foundation plan, in exchange for a reduced deposit on their website build.

Early cancellation during the 6-month term may result in the difference between the reduced deposit and our standard deposit becoming due.

After the 6-month term, the plan continues on a month-to-month basis unless you choose to change plans or cancel.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining your own domain registration, website hosting/subscription plan, business email, phone subscriptions, advertising accounts, email marketing subscriptions, and any third-party apps used on your site. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by lapses in these subscriptions.
6. Services on Shopify & WordPress
For clients using Shopify or WordPress, we provide all services listed on our Services & Pricing page with the exception of initial website creation and design, which we offer only on Wix.
7. Third-Party & Outsourced Services
Certain services — including backlink building, reputation management, press releases, and location listing submissions — are fulfilled with the help of third-party vendors. We vet and manage these vendors, but timing and specific outcomes for these services may depend on factors outside our direct control.
8. No Guarantee of Results
SEO is not an exact science, and no ethical provider can guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes — search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (Google, Bing, and others) and change over time. Based on our experience, new websites typically take 6–12 months to see meaningful ranking improvements, and established websites with existing backlinks typically see movement within 2–4 months. These are estimates, not guarantees.
9. Ethical Practices
We use only ethical, search-engine-guideline-compliant ("white-hat") SEO techniques. We reserve the right to decline any request to use manipulative, deceptive, or policy-violating tactics, including link schemes, cloaking, or fabricated reviews or testimonials.
10. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final website, content, and materials created specifically for you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our own portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. Any tools, templates, or processes we use to deliver services remain our property.
11. Cancellation & Refunds

Deposits for website builds are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

Monthly plan payments are non-refundable for the current billing period once services for that period have begun.

Requests to cancel or pause services should be made in writing to Contact@RankReadySEO.com.
12. Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us about your business as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver services (e.g., outsourced vendors described in Section 7) or as required by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rank Ready SEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
